All tariffs are quoted in ZAR, per night, inclusive of breakfast

Summer season - 01/10/2011 – 30/04/2012 – R680 to R850 per person sharing
Honeymoon Suite: R850 per person sharing
R750 to R1400 single occupancy

Low season - 01/05/2012 – 30/09/2012 – R550 to R650 per person sharing
Honeymoon Suite: R650 per person sharing
R600 to R700 single occupancy

The lodge is closed in July and August. 
 
Standard Terms and Booking Conditions 
A deposit of 50 % of the total accommodation (with a minimum value of 1 night’s accommodation) is required within 48 hours after making the reservation to secure such a reservation.

Our cancellation policy automatically applies with each booking made.

• Minimum fee for any cancellation is ZAR 250.
• More then 28 days prior forfeit 10 % of the total amount
• 21-28 days prior forfeit 25 % of the total amount
• 14-21 days prior forfeit 50 % of the total amount
• 7-14 days prior forfeit 75 % of the total amount
• Less than 7 days prior forfeit 100 % of the total amount
• In the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.

Tariffs are inclusive of VAT.

• Check-in time 14h00; Check-out time 11h00 (Late Check-in by arrangement)

• Children above the age of 12 are welcome.

• We love animals, but as there are cats on the farm we cannot accommodate further pets.

• “Les Hauts de Montagu” reserves the right to alter or amend tariffs and tariff periods without prior notice.

• Management and staff or any other person associated with “Les Hauts De Montagu” will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred or suffered by any guests or any other person whilst on the premises or property of the owners of “Les Hauts de Montagu”.
